The Environment and Land Division (ELD) brings together six Ontario tribunals and boards which adjudicate matters related to land use planning, environmental and heritage protection, property assessment, land valuation, mining and other matters.
ELD is made up of the Assessment Review Board, the Board of Negotiation, the Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal.
